Eligibility for Refunds & Returns:

Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Customized or personalized items (e.g., names and numbers) are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Refundable Items:

Customized/personalized jerseys.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Mail the return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method processed within 10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Wrong Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video evidence. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.
